Cancellation and modification procedures

Full payment upon reservation

15 days and more before the activity: 5% of the total amount of the reservation is charged, the rest is refunded.
From 8 to 14 days before the activity: 50% of the total amount of the reservation is charged, the rest is refunded.
7 days or less before the activity; 100% of the reservation is charged.

Du Fleuve and its employees reserve the right to cancel a cruise at any time for safety reasons due to weather conditions. If the cancellation is made by Du Fleuve and its employees, the refund is complete.
