Whale watching cruise
Small-group zodiac excursions (maximum 12 passengers) to observe whales and marine wildlife, following the rhythm of the river and guided by a respectful approach to the natural environment.

The experience
Step aboard our 12-passenger zodiacs and let our passionate team guide you as you observe whales, seals, and seabirds while exploring the richness of the St. Lawrence River. Every outing follows the approach regulations established by the Saguenay–St. Lawrence Marine Park, ensuring responsible and respectful wildlife encounters.
All of our captains and crew members are fully bilingual, and tours are offered in both French and English.
To limit the number of boats at observation sites and reduce disturbance to wildlife, our departure times are intentionally staggered compared with those of other companies.
About our hydrophone
A hydrophone (an underwater microphone used to listen to marine sounds) is almost always onboard our boats and we use it whenever conditions allow. However, its use and the quality of what we can hear depend on many factors. Hydrophones are extremely sensitive to noise pollution as well as to river conditions: rough seas, strong waves, significant currents, or heavy marine traffic can reduce—or even prevent—listening opportunities.
As with everything in nature, there is never a guarantee that we will be able to use the hydrophone or that marine sounds will be heard during a tour.
For this reason, we favor times when the river is calmer—particularly during sunrise or sunset cruises, when marine traffic is generally lower and conditions are often more favorable.
To maximize your chances of hearing underwater sounds, including those of belugas, we recommend the 6:30 a.m. departure or the 6:00 p.m. cruise.
Private cruises
Looking for a more intimate experience? It is possible to book a private boat directly through our reservation platform. The maximum capacity remains 12 passengers, even for private outings.
Please note: children under 5 years old and pets are only permitted on private charters.
Important information
For safety reasons, children under 5 years old (except on private charters), pregnant women, and individuals with back problems are not permitted onboard.
