Flexible Cancellation Option

The Flexible Cancellation Option lets you cancel your booking for any reason, up until the scheduled departure time of your cruise.

Cost

The option costs 10% of your booking subtotal, plus applicable taxes. It is added at checkout by ticking the box provided.

What is refunded

If you cancel before the departure time, we refund 100% of your booking amount. The Flexible Cancellation Option fee is non-refundable.

How to cancel

To cancel, contact us before the scheduled departure time and include your booking number. Cancellations received after the departure time, or no-shows without prior notice, are not eligible for a refund.

Refund timeline

Refunds are issued to the payment method used for the booking, within approximately 7 to 10 business days.

Conditions

• The option must be added at the time of booking. It cannot be added afterwards.
• It applies to the entire booking. Partial cancellations, for example for some of the passengers, are allowed and are refunded proportionally.
• The option cannot be transferred to another booking.

Cancellation by Du Fleuve

Du Fleuve reserves the right to cancel a cruise for safety reasons related to weather conditions. In that case, you receive a full refund, including the option fee.

Without the option

Bookings without the Flexible Cancellation Option are subject to our refund policy: free cancellation more than 5 days (120 hours) before departure, and no refund less than 5 days before departure.
